This past weekend (days 6 and 7) were dedicated to writing to people living in the Rockaways area of New York, which was hit particularly hard by Hurricane Sandy.
This writing project has even inspired me to write a few love letters to be left at random spots around town here at home. Now I wish I would have taken one with me when I went to a doctor's appointment today. Who couldn't use a love letter while waiting in a doctor's office?
In any case, it's so wonderful to spread a little love and cheer! It's becoming addicting. But in a good way.
